Cardcaptor Sakura: Clear Card is coming to Banpresto’s popular lottery game Ichiban Kuji with practical goods inspired by magic items from the show!
Cardcaptor Sakura is a popular anime series based on CLAMP’s manga that ran from 1996 to 2000 in Kodansha’s monthly shoujo manga magazine Nakayoshi. In 2016, a sequel to the original series called Cardcaptor Sakura: Clear Card began serialization, with an anime adaptation also currently airing.
First in the lineup is Prize A, the “Dream Staff Pen”, a real-life interpretation of Sakura’s beautiful new staff as a 23 cm pen.
Prize B is a “Clear Card Mirror Compact”, a gorgeous, girly piece that’s great to have in your handbag.
With Prize C, the “Kero-chan & Suppi Mascot Plushies” (2 kinds), you can have Kero-chan and Suppi by your side in life-size (roughly 13 cm)!
Prize D is just as cute with 3 kinds of key bag charms coming in “Clow Key”, “Star Key”, and “Dream Key”.
Prize E is another handy item to have around, and we’re not joking when we say these hand towels (with 4 designs) are tickling our hearts with their otherworldly kawaii charm!
Prize F will score you an adorable 7 cm charm. These come in 12 versions transforming the characters into their SD versions including Sakura in her colorful costumes, Syaoran holding Sakura’s Bear in his hand, Tomoyo, Kero and Suppi, Touya, Yukito, Yue, and a secret character.
Inspired by Sakura and Syaoran’s love, the Last One Prize is “Teddy Bears of Memories”, a pair of adorable ball chain plushies designed after the teddy bears Syaoran and Sakura. This prize can only be won by those lucky enough to pull the last lottery card.
“Ichiban Kuji Anime Cardcaptor Sakura: Clear Card” will be available in MiniStop stores, bookstores, hobby shops, amusement facilities, and Animate from Feb. 10 for 620 yen per try.
